Hey guys first post. Looking for advice please.
Fitting new lvt flooring prior to new kitchen. Existing floor is tiles on top of concrete base. Attempted to lift tiles today and are fixed solid. Can I self level on top of them and then fit lvt ?? If so would I need a moisture barrier ??? Many thanks in advance.
