The make is Ideal Standard, the handle has gotten very stiff and hard to turn recently, so I wanted to try remove and maybe loosen it up a bit. The problem is, I have no idea how to go about doing that, the handle itself seem to have no screws on it. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

here are pictures of the handle.

Find a picture of your valve on the net and post a link.
Usually you have to prize the centre cover out carefully and the screw is underneath some are held on with small allen screws around the side of the housing often covered with small plastic plugs.
If you can get into it a smear of silicone grease will sort it out.

I couldn't find a picture of it from the internet, :/ not even from the Ideal Standard's site.
but the handle itself don't seem to have hidden screws around the side, although it does have a plastic cap cover kinda thing at the front, not sure how to go about taking that off. its seem to be stuck on pretty well.
