How do I adust the top lock point (round thing) on mutlilock not coming down enough?

Hi,

Our back door has a issue closing and need to be slamed shut.
The top lock point (round thing) of the multipoint is not coming down enough, how do I adjust this?

Hi,

I have re-looked at the back door and got it wrong.

To close the door we need top slam it shut as it catching on a locking point.
It is either the shootbolt at the top of the door or the top locking bolt that goes into the frame.

How do I go about adjusting them?
I have check Youtube and can't find anything, which I thought was strange as I am sure others have had the same issue.
