Glow worm 24HXi

I have a Glow worm 24hxi approx 5 years old, it is not starting up when the heating is called for, if you turn it off for 5 seconds to reset it the green light comes on for a second then goes off, so it wont start up but there is no fault code displayed, any ideas anyone?
