french doors need to move bottom over

in the pictures you can see that I need to move the bottom over at most 1/8in.
That also would line up the top of the doors.
The weather strip in the middle otherwise doesn't line up.
I tried putting shims under the hinge but that only closes the gap of the hinge.

I don't think you can fix this with shims. Shimming the lower hinge will raise the non-hinged side of the door, and possibly correct what you have shown in picture #4. But you will also close the gap where the door leaf's meet at the bottom. Picture #3 shows a parallel separation between the door leaf's that looks good, however, this gap would be too close at the bottom should the lower hinge be shimmed. All you'd be doing is rotating a parallelogram.

I have a feeling the door has sagged (like a parallelogram), and is no longer square. It's not likely the glass is providing any support to the door, but rather, is a weight adding to problem, and encouraging the relaxing of the non-hinged side.
