FOLD DOWN SEAT: on some type of manual screw

I need to develop a seat (12" x 12") on some type of manual mechanism for raise the seat about 8 to 10 ".

Seat will need to be able to handle about 200 lbs.

Want to be able to mount next to drivers seat and then fold next to seat when not in use.
