Hi, I’ve just Purchased the 1930s semidetached house. I want to use the loft for storage there is no boarding I would also in the future like a dormer, Cannot afford it now.
i’ve been quoted £1500 to have the loft suspended boarded but was just wondering if it’s possible/good idea to do the floor stage of the dormer first/only? So not wasting £1500 on something that will be replaced!!!
