Cant turn off hot water

I need to take the bath out to replace some rotten floor boards i have found the stop tap
It works on the cold and takes alot of pressure out of the hot but the hot still runs slightly
Ive looked everywhere even turned the stop taps on the tank but no joy i just wanna take out the bath can someone help

Do you have a storage tank in the loft, If so, there should be some valves on the outlets.

Is this another type of hot water system, ? which tank have you turned the valves off ?

Tie up the ball-cock valve in your loft header-tank to stop the hot water system constantly refilling.
