Beko CG 964 Fridge not getting cold, freezer working OK

Have had this switched on for a few hours. The compressor is running and the freezer temperature is down to -26 already.
The fridge doesn't seem to have got cold at all. It's at 17 degrees at the moment.
I can't see a fan or vents in the fridge compartment. How does the cold air get in?

Not from the freezer - it has its own cooling coil.

Did it used to work? If so, what happened between it working and not working?
