Adjusting hinges to external doors

Hi all, need some help on how to adjust these type of hinges as the external wooden door has dropped a little at the bottom hence the top hinge need to pull the door back to straighten all up. Tried an allen key in the fitting which fits but appears emovable either way, wondered if theres some sort of lock screw? Pics show hinge type feom distance the top and the bottom, these vary from the upvc type im more familar with. Any guidance much appreciated
