hi there, would appreciate any advice on this. I have had my boiler for 6 years with no problems, as normal today it passed its annual service. But for first time, todays guy said the outlet terminal is pointing upwards and he doesnt like that about Worcester Boilers. If rain water goes in it is dangerous if it enters boiler he said. But he said he saw no evidence that it was in the boiler so im ok. He recommended I cover it somehow outside though?

Where has the rain been going for last 6 years that might have gone into it?

I attached two pics

cheers!

nope seems set in its place. I assume to make the stuff coming out go up and not on to my neighbours house. I am being told on another forum that it is fine and not dangerous and there is drainage somehow, not sure where tho!
