Wood flooring cleaning help

My wife and I are going to be selling our house and the wood floors are pretty dirty and very scratched/dinged up. Our realtor said it's best to just clean them up the best we can.

Any recommendations on how to do this? Some wood floor cleaner/oil and some elbow grease? Is it worth it to have someone come in a professionally clean them?
