Water pump problems

I need help on this I put a water tank on ground put a new pump ,a check valve, pressure tank,filters on these order when it started working everything was good but when the pump got pressure it start off,on continuo I think it is the check valve on bad place or bad switch pressure

Somebody told me that the check valve must be betwen water tank and water pump so thinking on relocate it but waiting here for advice
