Using PVC Box Adapters to Connect to a Blank Junction Box

I bought a blank PVC junction box at the box store and was planning to use the PVC box adapters and couplings to make the connection to the junction box, Unfortunately, the diameter of the box adapters are not a standard hole saw sizes. What size hole saw do people used to make the holes for 1", 3/4" and 1 1/4" adapters? Thanks!

My hole saw kit has hole saws for those conduit sizes . Measure the OD of the threads on 3/4 , 1 and 1-1/4 " PVC male adapters . Have not measured those in years . Do not know the sizes , but they should be 1 or 2 sizes over nominal diameter .
