Upvc bottom seals

Hi
The bottom seal of my door has deteriated and they need replacing.
There are so many variables it's impossible to find a replacement.
Is it best to remove the door and replace the part where the seals slide into and at least know where to purchase the seals in the future?
I've looked at a company who sell replacement seals but as stated above there are too many designs.

Are you capable of removing the door and getting it up onto a table or supports? Also if there are as many options...can you show a photo or 23?
