Underfloor heating pipe cut

My builders plumber installed the wet underfloor heating and then the 75 sqm of screed was laid. When installing the bi-fold doors the builder had to cut back some of the screed to get a flush threshold and has cut through 3 of the underfloor heating pipes that his plumber had obviously installed to close to the opening. He said that he will have to join with pipe connectors. My question is, what would people advise or think I should do ?
