I have recently purchased my first home and was looking to get it into the shape I want it. The lounge currently has laminate flooring in it and I was thinking about lifting this and sanding then treating the pine floorboards to give it a better look.
I'm looking for some advice on what products to use and in what order. I was planning on undertaking it in the following order;
Sanding
Staining
Varnishing
