thermostat wiring

hi, i'm trying to wire in a fan oven thermostat on a belling cooker, but don't know which wires go to which terminals on the switch, the switch has an earth terminal and two other terminals, and there are blue, yellow, white and purple wires, the white wire seems to come from the clock. any help ? thanks
