The one person to call for window leak and possible foundation leak?

Hi All. New homeowner here. Hurricane Ian just passed through and I'm trying to figure out what the best way to get two repairs done. 1) A clerestory window leaked (20 ft ceiling, very slow and minimal leak (less than 1 cup of water)) only when the wind was blowing rain against the window and 2) I discovered a wet spot (size of a grapefruit) on the carpet about a foot away from a window and wall (no evidence of leak directly from window or ceiling). I'm wondering if anyone can advise what type of professional I should call. Would like one pro to diagnose and repair both issues rather than calling a window person and a ?foundation person?. Also, because it's carpet, I guess it'll get pulled but someone will have to put it back or put a new one in?

Would a handyman do it all?
