stuck faucet cartridge

Hello,

I have a drippy faucet, Jado 853/998/100 (specs on the jado website, jadousa.com/assets/documents/jado/parts/Parts_3906.pdf) and can't get the cartridge (H960104.191) out.
I tried to loosen it using a wrench and holding onto the bottom part but it doesn't move. I was wondering if anyone knows of any tricks to get it to move...
