Hello, any advice would be much appreciated!...
One section of my extendable loft ladder has become stuck. I'm not able to release the catch (on a spring) that enables the ladder to be locked into place and then retracted. It's completely stuck and I've no idea what's going on. There's no screws I can use to have access and have tried physically to unjam it but it won't budge.
Anyone have any experience with this issue? Photos attached.
