Strongest transparent glue for glass-metal

Hi there, I have a round glass table that's fixed to a metal central pole... well, WAS being the operative word. The toughened glass top now has become un-glued and I don't know what glue to have as the table is few years old and no idea where I got it from at this point. The glue has to be transparent upon drying and be really tough as it is an everyday table that I use to work from home. Grateful for any recommendation. Thanks
