Hi, I have a Weil McLain gas furnace with a Honeywell spark ignition module (s8610u) that keeps melting on me. I can't see any obvious reason, ie the wire contacts seem reasonably clean, and I replaced the transformer/relay and the heat fuse but the ignition module keeps melting. I just ordered the second replacement (used from eBay). Any ideas what may be causing the ignition module to melt?
