Smart thermostat with 12V, C and D wires?

Hi all,

This is what we currently have:

Thermostat has the following wires: 12V, GND, C and D (see pics)

Our AC - Rheem RA1648AJLNA:

Seems like the most common start thermostats (ex. ecobee, nest) will not work with a 12V or D wire.

Are there any "smart" or at least WiFi capable thermostats out there that would work with our wire setup?

We scheduled an HVAC "tune up" and inspection from the company who installed it all to see what our options are.
