Does anyone know how to sell a motorcycle? I have a few concerns regarding the test drive/ride?
1) Is it common to ask for a large deposit prior to taking the bike? (REASON: theft of the bike, wreckage of the bike in an accident)
2) If this is proposed, is leaving his/her car with me really a good idea? (I don't know if the vehicle is stolen, nor do I know it's worth)
3) If a deposit is required, how much should be asked for? (80%, or 100% of selling price?)
4) Should there be a time deadline (length of test drive/ride)?
5) Should there be a travel route outlined in conjunction with a time deadline?
