Repairing bent siding trim

We moved into an older home with vinyl siding, and it looks like the previous owner wasn't always on target when pulling into the one car garage, resulting in bashed in metal trim; see photos.

I know it's unlikely to be repaired perfectly (short of replacing the trim entirely), but looking for any ideas on the best way to try to pull these back out.
