Hi Im thinking of buying a decent state 2 up 2 down for 55k.
It needs new kitchen, new bathroom, a studded wall putting up and just general decor/refresh.
Electrics, gas central heating and double glazing are all ok.
Very roughly, could I do that for 7k? The only thing I can't rope family.friends in for is the kitchen n bathroom, the rest is material.
Any help is much appreciated.
