Push button Toilet Cistern

I can hear water running into the toilet bowl from the tank. Its a push button type. Probably a worn seal of some sort. How Can I fix it?

What type of mechanism do you have?

If it's Gerberit, then I had the same problem and documented the fix here:

Even if it's a different make, it'll probably be a similar fix requiring a washer to be replaced. Good luck and hope that helps!
