I have just had my kitchen plastered after a leak which had gone undetected for some time so the old plaster and walls were sodden. The plaster is taking a long time to dry out so i asked someone else to have a look.
They have told me that the plaster has to come back off because of the salt coming out of the bricks and the plaster wont dry out just crack and fall off. Is this true or are they just taking me for a ride?
