Hi

need some advice on how to fix a hole in a plasterboard wall. (Image below)

the wall is dot and dabbed onto solid brick wall. When the tiler tiled he said there was too much movement in the plasterboard and plasterer didn’t use enough adhesive. He has put a hole in the wall and used a big blob of adhesive for extra support. I have now come to paint the wall and don’t know the best way to repair it? Any advice

Are you saying that the tiler did that to your wall?

And just walked away and left it?

Yes that’s what he did. I’ve cut the the block out now. It’s just a patch repair with some of cuts of plasterboard
