Panasonic Viera has sound but no picture

My Panasonic Viera model TC L32 U22 has sound but no picture. No broadcast picture and no operating menus or image of any kind. The screen is blue not completely black. None of the fix suggestions noted have resolved my issue. Any ideas or suggestions?
