Just had a detached garage built for my husband. I may just be paranoid, but the brand new slab is having all sorts of chips that are now appearing along with a few areas of spiderweb cracks (which are odd because you see them but they haven't broken the surface yet). It is only about a month old. Most of them look like actual chips have come out ranging in size from a dime to a half-dollar. There are lots of them and they just randomly started appearing all over the floor. The driveway extension they poured is not doing this at all, so I am very concerned about the garage now. Any advice/education would be wonderful. I have looked at several of our neighbors/friends garages and none of them seem to have this on their floor.
