Need help on how to install a toilet sink

Hello ,
I have zero diy experience and am just starting to learn to drill with a friend. I would like to install a sink in my toilet but not sure if it is a good idea to do it myself (it is crazy expensive here). I have attached a picture of what I have on the wall at the moment so any ideas would be greatly helpful.

Please help. What am I looking at? No context in 3 dimensions. Is that a 2 inch drain line? if so, how high off the floor? Is that a cold water line? Where is the hot? Do you have a circuit for a instant hot water heater?
