MR cool package unit problem

I have a Mr Cool signature heat pump/AC package unit. Meaning I have no indoor air handler its all contained in that outside unit. It is NEW, installed for 6 months. Worked great....got cool outside so we turned it off since we didn't need AC, went to turn it back on and NOTHING. Tested power to unit power to thermostat, installed a new thermostat. Everything tests with power to it and it will not come on. I even did the thermostat bypass twisting the wires together and it did not come on, no fan nothin. Cant get heat or air, I am at a loss and I don't even know what part to look at.

Can you post the manufacturers name and catalog number? I'll see if I can give you a hand.

NOTE: You likely will need a meter, AKA "multimeter". You will have to know how to use it.
