The cold water tap in the WC stopped working. Prior to that the hot water tap stopped working for a long time. I gave up on the hot water tap (which is part of the mixer tap ) .
After following an advise on the web, I blocked the common spout, opened the cold water tap in full, then opened the hot water tap keeping the spout blocked by hand at the same time worked. The cold water tap started working . After some time only hot water was coming out of the common spout and it has been extremely hot to touch. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
