I' m going to guess your switch has shot craps or the motor has gone bad. Google the model number. You will have to wade through a lot of useless information but I have always had good luck finding something relevant to my appliances when I use google. Also , if you have a switch that tells the unit when the door is open, that could be relevant to your problem. there are lots of service manuals available online.
