In the majority of cases there's no problem. As long as there's a continuous bed of adhesive, they shouldn't move.
If you want a bit of 'security' have a batten cut ready, and a couple of thin bendy lengths that can be sprung in lightly between sill and batten,when all the tiles are positioned.
