Glow-worm Noise

I have a Glow-worm 60CFF fanned Flue Boiler which emits a horrible droning noise. New fan has been installed but noise persists. Noise commence 1 minute into heating system starting up. Fan can be heard wirring/droning get louder, and fan noise continues after system automatic clicks off. Any clues as to what this noise can be? No vibration from anywhere.
