Glow in the dark PVC

Hello. I'm thinking about painting 2 pvc pipes with glow in the dark paint. We stick these pipes into the ground, put beers on top of them, and throw a frisbee back and forth trying to hit the pole or beer for points. I figure if it's in the sunlight all day, glow in the dark paint would be great to keep the game going after it gets dark. Any idea on what type of paint would work well? To get it to stick to the pvc im guessing i would have to scratch it up a bit?

Hi, I think it would be best to scratch with a fine grade like 240g. Then use a two part, solvent based, super/ultra grip primer for a secure base. Am unaware of a good glowing paint, however the internet will help.
