Foundation Elevation Report

I am looking to purchase a brand new home this week. After I had my inspector look at the home he suggested to get an elevation survey completed on the foundation because he noticed movement. The foundation is about 8 months old and is North Dallas area. He said that everything seems normal for a foundation in this area. I got the report today, and have supplied it to my inspector to get his thoughts, but I decided to see what people opinions where on it. Does anyone see a red flag
