Exterior door hinge removal

I need to remove an external door to the boiler room to enable cleaning of the hinges and repainting. Photo attached

Hi and welcome.

Not really enough information for anyone unfamiliar with this hinge.
It could just be a case of lifting the door off it. Or there may be a removeable centre pin.

Personally, for a boiler room, I'd just clean up the hinge then mask it and paint round it.
