An inspector called out the panel in a residence I am about to purchase for having two slots with 'minibreakers' and for having some breakers that don't match the brand of the panel. A

Are these conditions unacceptable or dangerous? Thanks for your advice!

The name on the panelboard does not matter at all. What matters is whether or not the breakers used in the panelboard are the correct breakers for that style of panelboard.

As to the slim breakers, that is an issue ONLY if the manufacturer of the panelboard does not allow those breakers to be used. Most panelboards will accept them.
