Can you provide a model, I see Ariston as the make. That would be help.
These lights are usually just "advisory"
We have a Bosch dishwasher and these lights are permanently on. But we are in a soft water area never any scale on the walls of a kettle, (unlike when we lived in London).Same with the rnse aid light but we use the tablets that include the rinse aid. It's been like that for two years. There will be a procedure in the instructions to disable them, but I just ignore them.
It's the same with our Smeg coffee maachine. After a certain number of useages the "descale" instruction comes on. It's just programmed into it. I just run through the procedure with plain water and the light goes off.
