Decorative feature on stair case

Hi-new to the site. Just wondering if Anybody knows where I can get replacement beading for our staircase? It’s really difficult getting the paint off and lots of the balls are damaged. They are all connected in a strip that has been nailed on-I like the look of them and would like to replace if possible. Thank you!
