I've got a Craftsman blower mulcher that will not even attempt to start. It has a new plug and new fuel lines with a new fuel filter as well as a new replacement carb that was "model specific". A brand new ignition tester says it's getting spark and a compression check shows 90 lbs within a couple of pulls. I would have thought the new carb would have been set close enough to at least start , but apparently not. Anyone got a suggestion for a starting point on carb adjustment?
