Was not sure where to post this. I was intending on installing some flashing above the boxed in pipe work that runs from the outside building into the house. The previous owner had just laid some planking over the top and attempted to seal with silicon. I found the wooden structure had rotted right through so I have had to remove it. Is there a better way to cover these pipes?
