Confused about screwdriver bit sizes

I have several sets of screwdriver bits. They do get mixed up and today, when I was sorting them out, I realized that they were marking the hex bit sizes differently-some are marked with the actual size (1/8" or 4mm) while others are marked with a code (H2, H2.5, etc). Is there a chart I can print out to help sort these out? Thanks.
