Can someone advise or post a link for the correct condenser motor replacement.

that's a fan not a condenser motor/pump. you should do ok with any fan that has the same Volts RPM FLA (amps) HP. GE and Emerson is one good brand (or used to be). but this isn't a critical component other than matching the specs up - this should be easy ;)

make sure you get one that uses the same Start and Run capacitor. the cap should be on that label there. and make sure the shaft diameter fits your fan blade. example: same dia. shaft, and if your shaft has a bolt tightened to a flat portion of the shaft: insure the new unit has a flat portion (double check this not all do)

check your fan balance with a screw driver (or something better). just incase you bend it during removal. if it's not balanced you'll get 50% power reduction (not good!)
