Good Day All. I am an electrician, but as such, I know little about concrete.

In our driveway, we have a 4" (wide) by 3" (high) pin curb poured upon an asphalt driveway. Its been fine for many years, until I accidentally backed a HEAVY trailer into the end post, shattering some of the concrete. The pin curb is "pinned" to the asphalt using many horizontal 1/2" rebar dowels, and two (2) horizontal rows of 1/2" rebar within it's entire length (80').

I have removed the broken / loose chunks of concrete until only sturdy concrete is present. Some rebar is exposed now.

What type of cement should I use that has HIGH strength, more than normal....perhaps 30-40mPA ish? If it suggested to use Home Depot bag cement, should I mix some extra cement (Portland Type 10) in it? Sharp sand? Calcium? Lime?
