Cistern Flush Buttons

The push buttons connect to the flush control by air tubes. Pushing the button requires force and sometimes multiple pushes are required to discharge the water. Help please.

Tube blocked? What cistern is it? Is it a hideaway cistern?

Finding buttons or parts for cisterns is near on impossible as they are all different. Get a new one im afraid!
